  • Assessment & Diagnosis via pulse, palpation, observation, interview, and medical history according to acupuncture and East Asian Medicine theory  
  • Treatment planning, delivery, and evaluating treatment outcomes 
  • Acupuncture including dry needling using mechanical, thermal, or electrical stimulation 
  • Adjunctive Techniques such as ear seeds, plaster patches, cupping, moxa or moxibustion, heat/cold therapy, guasha, Tuina 
  • Dietary and herbal product recommendations
  • Lifestyle counseling
  • Dr. Kim is additionally certified as an ADS or Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist. She is a practitioner of the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) AcuDetox 5- point auricular acupuncture protocol for substance abuse and behavioral intervention.
