Protected Use Guidelines

AcuTecture™ and AcuEcology™ are proprietary consulting and diagnostic methods developed by Dr. Kiki Kim. These terms—along with all related frameworks, language, diagrams, and service structures—are the sole intellectual property of Dr. Kim and are currently in active use in commerce.

Dr. Kim asserts full common law trademark rights under U.S. law as the original developer and exclusive provider of these systems.

1. Trademark and Method Use

The names AcuTecture™ and AcuEcology™ may not be used in any professional, commercial, teaching, or promotional context without prior written consent.

You may not reference, imitate, adapt, or teach these systems without an approved licensing agreement.

All frameworks, service offerings, diagrams, and language presented under these names are proprietary and protected under both common law trademark and copyright.

2. Unauthorized Use is Prohibited

By accessing or referencing this website or any associated materials, you agree to abide by these restrictions.

Any use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or misrepresentation of the AcuTecture™ and AcuEcology™ methods—whether verbal, written, visual, or digital—is strictly prohibited.

Violation may result in legal action under state and federal intellectual property law, including but not limited to §43(a) of the Lanham Act.

3. Copyright Protection

All original content on this website—including written copy, conceptual frameworks, client-facing materials, and visual elements—is the copyrighted intellectual property of Dr. Kim.
